When you wear business suits, you don’t have to look to masculine like the men do. You can look powerful and not look masculine. If you watch the movie, “The Devil wears Prada”, you notice that the boss looks glamorous and powerful but doesn’t look masculine. A work suit is designed to give the impression that you are successful and is ready to perform any task that men can perform.

However, don’t rely on wearing a great work suit to guarantee you success. You need to focus on other things like performing well and how you interact with other people in the organization. But it certainly helps if you have the appropriate attire on during work.

In addition, you don’t have to wear the usual women’s office attire of a traditional blazer with a trouser. You can mix and match different skirts and jackets on. Try to be creative and you will love going to work wearing something different.
